Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
We deliver across UK through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery timelines: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time.
Delivery delays may occur due to natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free shipping may be available for orders above £75.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email/SMS.
You can track your order status online until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Delivery Guidelines
Deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure accuracy.
Our courier partners will make up to two attempts for delivery. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping may incur additional charges.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement/refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
